欢迎使用 MacPhoneTransfer（以下简称"本应用"）。我们非常重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用处理哪些信息、如何处理，以及你享有的选择权。请在使用前仔细阅读。

一、本应用做什么

本应用用于在你的 Mac 电脑与手机（iPhone / Android）之间传输文件，支持两种连接方式：

WiFi 局域网直连：手机与 Mac 在同一 WiFi 下自动发现对方并直接传输；
USB 数据线连接：通过数据线在设备间直接传输。

核心承诺：你的文件不经过任何服务器。所有文件都在你自己的设备之间直接传输（局域网内或数据线直连），我们（开发者）不经过、不存储、不上传、不备份你的任何文件内容，也没有任何云端服务器保存你的数据。

二、我们收集与处理的信息

1. 不需要注册，不收集个人身份信息

本应用无需注册、登录账号，不收集你的姓名、电话、邮箱、身份证件等个人身份信息。

2. 文件数据（仅在你的设备之间）

你选择传输的文件仅通过局域网或 USB 在你自己的设备之间点对点传输。应用会在手机上创建一个"文件舱"目录存放接收的文件，你可以随时在应用内删除。

3. 网络信息（局域网发现）

为了在同一 WiFi 下自动发现设备，本应用使用标准的局域网发现技术（Bonjour / NSD 广播）。这些信息仅在你的家庭/办公局域网内使用，不会发送到互联网。

4. 网络地址（用于广告区域判定）

本应用会根据你的网络出口 IP 大致判断你所在的国家/地区，仅用于决定展示哪一套广告服务（详见第三节）。我们不存储该 IP，也不用于推断你的精确位置或身份。

三、广告

本应用为免费应用，通过开屏广告获得收入。不同版本使用不同的广告服务商：

这些信息由广告服务商依据其自身隐私政策处理。你可以：

在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪」中限制广告跟踪或重置广告标识符；
在 Android「设置 → Google → 广告」中删除或重置广告 ID、选择退出广告个性化。

四、权限使用说明

拒绝某项权限仅影响对应功能，不影响其他功能的使用。

五、我们不做什么

不上传、不存储、不分析你的任何文件内容；
不读取你的通讯录、短信、通话记录、浏览历史；
不进行用户画像，不向第三方出售数据；
不接入任何数据统计/崩溃上报 SDK（广告 SDK 除外）。

六、未成年人

本应用并非面向儿童设计，不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如你是未成年人的监护人并发现相关情况，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系，我们将及时处理。

七、数据安全

文件传输仅发生在你的设备之间（加密的本地 WiFi 环境或物理 USB 连接）。建议你仅在与自己信任的设备、可信的 WiFi 网络下使用。

八、你的权利

删除应用即可清除本应用在设备上保存的全部数据（包括"文件舱"目录与语言设置）；
可随时在系统设置中重置/关闭广告标识符（见第三节）；
如你有其他隐私相关请求，欢迎通过联系方式告知。

九、政策更新

本政策可能随应用功能（如新增广告渠道）更新，更新后将在本页面发布并更新"生效日期"。重大变更会在应用内提示。

MacPhoneTransfer Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

Welcome to MacPhoneTransfer ("the App"). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information the App handles and how, as well as the choices available to you. Please read it carefully before use.

1. What the App Does

The App transfers files between your Mac and your phone (iPhone / Android) using two connection modes:

WiFi (local network): devices discover each other automatically when on the same WiFi network and transfer directly;
USB cable: files transfer directly between devices over a cable.

Core commitment: your files never touch a server. All files are transferred directly between your own devices (over the local network or USB). We (the developer) never relay, store, upload, or back up any of your file contents, and we operate no cloud server that holds your data.

2. Information We Collect and Process

1) No sign-up, no personal identity data

The App requires no registration or account and does not collect your name, phone number, email, or government identifiers.

2) File data (between your own devices only)

Files you transfer move point-to-point between your own devices over the local network or USB. Received files are stored in the App's "File Cabin" folder on your phone and can be deleted at any time from within the App.

3) Network information (local discovery)

To discover devices on the same WiFi, the App uses standard local-network discovery (Bonjour / NSD). This information stays inside your home/office LAN and is never sent to the internet.

4) Network address (for ad region selection)

The App uses your network egress IP to roughly determine your country/region, solely to choose which advertising service to display (see Section 3). We do not store the IP, and we do not use it to infer your precise location or identity.

3. Advertising

The App is free and supported by splash (interstitial) ads. Different builds use different ad providers:

Such data is processed by the ad providers under their own privacy policies. You may:

On iOS: limit ad tracking or reset the advertising identifier in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
On Android: delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.

Declining a permission only disables the corresponding feature.

5. What We Do NOT Do

We do not upload, store, or analyze any of your file contents;
We do not read your contacts, messages, call history, or browsing history;
We do not build user profiles or sell data to third parties;
We integrate no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs (other than the ad SDK).

6. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, contact us below and we will promptly address them.

7. Data Security

File transfers occur only between your own devices (your local WiFi environment or a physical USB connection). We recommend using the App only with devices you trust and on networks you trust.

8. Your Rights

Deleting the App removes all data it stored on your device (including the "File Cabin" folder and language preference);
You can reset or disable advertising identifiers anytime in system settings (see Section 3);

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the App evolves (e.g., adding an ad channel). Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date; material changes will be announced in the App.
